NRP are appointed as Westminster City Council’s “Compliance and Audit” service provider. We undertake a 6% sample audit of all works executed by the City Council’s Highways and Transportation Service Providers. This includes Highways, Street Lighting, Bridges and Structures, Gully Cleansing and Traffic Orders, covering all aspects of highway works including Routine and Reactive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Public Realm Projects.
NRP are to ensure compliance with the contract requirements, checking works are complete on time and to the correct quality. We also provide more traditional quantity surveying and contract administration services such as: checking pre-works Bills of Quantities, Final Accounts, compensation events and defect correction administration.
The City Council is also able to call off further services such as commercial advice, specialist project management, cost forecasting and risk analysis.
