We recently completed this Cat A landlord refurbishment and tenant fit out of 5,500sqft office floor at St Andrews House, Woking. NRP services provided PM, EA and QS services.
The tenant was UPS and just like their service it was delivered on time and budget. The programme was a challenging 9 weeks including moving UPS to temporary accommodation, all new furniture, retaining an existing server room and relocating UPS back for normal services to resume at 8.30am on a Monday.
Some nice touches with UPS colours, branded manifestation and stand out carpet pattern. Congratulations to Eos Interiors for a successful project.
