NRP is delighted to announce that David Knight has joined the business as Director for Transport Planning.
Having previously worked together over the past 5 years on development projects including 100 Grays Inn Road, Land at Britwell Road (Watlington), Charfield (M5 J14), London Business School and Hyatt Regency The Churchill Hotel, David’s appointment strengthens and develops the NRP service offering by providing a wider spectrum of traffic and transportation services to our clients.
David is a Chartered Transport Planner, Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Logistics & Transport and also a Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. He is an industry recognised leader with over 30 years’ experience in development transport planning, working on major residential, education, health, commercial and leisure projects for private and public sector clients.
He is an expert in sustainable transport policy and planning with over 20 years’ experience of travel planning initiatives and is currently completing a PhD at Loughborough University, studying Transport Planning in large scale housing developments with a focus on Sustainable Accessibility.
