norman rourke pryme’s involvement with the Heathrow T1 Relocation Works (airline decant from T2 to make way for the new Terminal “2A”) comprises the complete planning of six Star Alliance Airline carriers relocating to Terminal 1 (T1), Heathrow. norman rourke pryme were employed by BAA as a member of the AWG (Airport Working Group) to act as a Planning Champion for the airlines and produce up to date relocation programmes on their behalf as well as liaising with BAA to assist the airlines with their move, effect and manage change and assist with any problems encountered. The scope of the move includes “landside” and “airside” works to all systems and functions; ticketing / baggage handling / check-in/ passenger handling/ offices/ crew facilities and rostering.
norman rourke pryme were responsible for the relocation works of Lufthansa, BMI, South African Airways, Croatian Airlines, SWISS, LOT Polish Airlines, and Austrian Airlines.
